Kids kickboxing classes teach the same skills as adult kickboxing classes in a fun, kid friendly environment. Kids learn to strike and defend, using bags, targets, and other techniques. We keep them moving and keep things fresh. They have the ability to let loose and interact with each other, which is so needed in their lives right now.
We teach two groups; ages 8-11 and 12-15. Limited space available. Call for details

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is an amazing, self paced workout where you burn calories, and build lean muscle, while learning the proper form and technique of the sport of kickboxing. We utilize heavy bags and targets, combined with conditioning exercises and resistance
training, to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. We do not do a choreographed “follow the leader” type class, instead, we incorporate real training drill like those used by professional fighters. Each Kickboxing class is approximately one hour long. 

We teach all levels. Every class is to your own pace, and we develop your skills over time.

TRX was designed in the military to give our soldiers a method of using bodyweight to strength train ANYWHERE. TRX uses overhead straps with a single anchor point. Your own bodyweight provides resistance to build strength and muscles. TRX focuses on foundational movements to develop amazing core strength. TRX is super fun and incredibly effective. TRX will wake up muscles you didn’t know were there! TRX is for all levels, so book your class today!

Functional Training

Functional training is a term that describes any training that is going to improve your daily movement. A strong core is not only about a tight tummy, it’s about what supports your body during daily activity. A weak core leads to back pain, joint pain, and movement dysfunction. Get your body moving like it is designed to. Learn the principles of true functional training, while building strength and muscles the RIGHT way. We utilize equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, stability balls, battle ropes, etc. to add resistance, and build strength in the muscles that support our daily activities (like picking things up and putting them down ;)).
